Frequently asked questions
01. What services do you offer?
We offer NEMT (Non Emergent Medical transport) that includes but is not limited to free sitting, wheelchair, and gurney.
02. How does payment work?
Bank Account / Card / Check / Invoice / MTM depending on client and whether or not we have a standing service contract or not.
03. How far will you transport?
If we can make it work, we will do it. Depends on driver/van availability. Extra fees may apply if overnight or multiple drivers required.
04. Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We often have discounts for "frequent travelers" or prompt pay for contracted partners.
05. Can we call you for emergencies?
No, Call 911. Though we have medical equipment and awareness, we do not provide emergent services.
